The art in it was breathtaking, and I spent a good amount of time just taking it all in, it was gorgeous!

No offense Artur but I was PUMPED when you started to cry the moment you saw Michaela at the end of the aisle, making he way to you! I love when my clients can just let their emotions fly fast and free and just be in the moment, and feel every. I love this shot that Nikki snagged of the ladies making their way up the church steps. Let’s just make some magic, excuse me, wind. But my girl was a trooper deluxe and just was like ‘I’m good, let’s do this!’ Exactly what I like to hear. It was SO WINDY, her heels were sinking in the wet grass, and it was chilly.

I was such a spaz, yelling and hooting and scaring everyone! It was tense, guys come on! The amount of screaming and tension from this champagne pop was super extra, and I am just talking about ME. Well done, Aria and autumn in CT, I applaud you, seriously!Ĭhurch: Sacred Heart Church, New Britain CT The entire wedding party was super thankful, especially since all of the ladies had their hair down! After we finished with the wedding party, Michaela and Artur and I popped outside to the back of the Aria and grabbed some photos in between wind gusts and the spotty light. Her bridesmaids gowns were some of my favorite this year, they were long, fitted navy dresses with long lace sleeves and a cool back, and each lady looked so elegant and willowy in the dress, even my sweet little shorty bridesmaid! The crazy wind didn’t seem to impact much for us, since I got to snag a few quick photos before we headed to the church for the ceremony, and then thank you Aria, there were so many well lit nooks to create some magic in. To add this wedding is a family affair, so Ashley’s hair and makeup was done beautifully by her cousin Morgan.Michaela and Artur’s windy November wedding at Aria in Prospect CT was filled with so many gregarious, tall and well dressed frail and friends, it felt like I was at a fashion show instead of a wedding! Even Michaela played the part by having a dress change midway through her reception. The venue offers amazing food – and there so many incredible backdrops that are perfect for photos.Īshley wore a garden-inspired wedding gown from David’s Bridal and Kevin wore a navy suit and they looked really amazing. The Aria has a really vibrant atmosphere and is one of the nicest places to get married in Prospect, CT. They finished off the evening with a ‘last dance’ to Time of My Life with the famous lift to top it off. For dinner, they had a family-style meal, and the first dance was a romantic slow dance. They had a cake decorated with an image of their dog Bubba placed on it. The couple had live music provided by the bride herself as a surprise to Kevin. Weddings at the Aria are amazing because the grounds are so pretty. The reception was in a beautiful room at the Aria – I love this venue because the food is incredible. They decorated the area with DIY flowers, which provided a fall atmosphere in the ballroom. It was so personal, especially with the groom’s father performing the ceremony.
During the ceremony they had a rope tying ceremony. The ceremony was a beautiful service at the venue. Topped off with all of the DIY touches from the bride herself.įun Fact: My sister was actually a bridesmaid in this wedding. It was such a happy day and the sun even made an appearance! Their Aria fall wedding was a family affair, with a toughing first look between Ashley and her dad.
