They were very efficient with moving items and loading the truck.
Well prepared!The movers were very courteous and super friendly, easy to talk to, didn’t complain about anything(I’ve had movers who complain the whole time). Arrived with a clean truck and ample amount of supplies for the job. No hidden fees, no additional costs, nothing but what was stated and expected.The movers called ahead of their arrival time to provide status/time of arrival AND were punctual. The person who provided a quote over the phone was very knowledgeable and thorough and provided an accurate estimate of time and number of movers needed that I could trust rely on. Hopefully we're never moving again lol but I have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so!įrom beginning to end it was a seamless and smooth move. We had different 3 man crews each time and there was NO difference in the amount of service we received between the two moves. I LOVE that he was not only honest but truly seemed to value our business! They not only were able to accommodate having to empty our storage as well as our temporary digs but were on time, enthusiastic and friendly on a HOT day with lots of stairs. I told him I was worried about getting stuck in traffic which would cost us extra money, he assured me that if that were the case we'd figure out a way to make it right. When I initially called the date I wanted wasn't ideal for the size of our move, they were honest and simply told me that he would hate for us to not get the best service if he tried to squeeze us in and asked what my biggest issue was with switching to the Monday. They were so amazing the first time we wouldn't have considered going with anyone else the second time around! Pricing is super straight forward with no hidden fees at all and the guys come with everything they will need to keep your things safe during the move. We used Get Moving twice in less than a year as we were building a new house.
